Missing footage, a name attached to the wrong clip, a running order that does not match the video: it all goes to the same address. Nothing you send is kept beyond what fixing the page needs, which the privacy page spells out.

Sending a Session We Have Not Got
The archive is built out of clips that escaped a live stream, so it is incomplete by design. If you have a recording of a session at this table that is not in the archive, send the link. A date and a rough time help, an original upload helps more than a repost.
Corrections
If a fact here is wrong it gets fixed on the page rather than quietly deleted. If this site has named somebody without footage behind it, say so and the claim comes down the same day.
If You Are in One of the Clips
Write and say so. Nothing here is published to embarrass a member of staff, and a page can be changed. A repost on somebody else's account cannot, which is the whole problem with a live feed, but the version here is ours to fix.
What We Cannot Do
This is not the casino. We cannot see your account, chase a withdrawal, unlock anything or settle a dispute with the operator. All of that goes to Duel's own support, and none of it reaches us.
